Great experience
I had a great experience with the staff at Cousins Estate Agents in Edmonton, very pleasant and easy to work with. They took care of the whole process from start to finish. The staff at Cousins always go out of their way to convenience my needs and they were very supportive. Would highly recommend.

Professional, honest and trustworthy
Cousins Estate Agents in Edmonton are a very professional team, honest and trustworthy. They do their job properly and are very knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough. I have dealt with them on several occasions and have never had a problem.

Friendly and professional service.
I would like to thank Cousins (Edmonton) for their friendly and professional property services especially buying and renting services. I have known them since 2010 when i first purchased my residential property through them. I would say it was really 'Royal Services' t me from introduction to until i got the keys as a first time buyer in the UK. Since then i have also purchased a good number of buy to let properties through Cousins. They also act as managering estate agents for my buy to let properties. I would like to thank both of the Directors Mr Phil Chapman and Mr Paul Ashton for their impressive service. I am thankful to Jackie and to Steven for their kind customer service.

Organised and informative.
They have been managering my properties for several years. Always organised, kept me informed and kept on top of things. They built good relationships, both with me and my tenants. Paul and Phil have a real depth of experience. Would definitely recommend them.
